SATISFIED OR MONEY BACK

Our " SATISFIED OR MONEY BACK " method provides for a refund, following the return of the product, no later than 36 (thirty-six) hours from receipt of the product by the customer, in order to guarantee , and to the customer to verify that the product conforms to what is described on the shop, and to the Company not to lose the integrity of the product. The refund will be issued within 48 (forty eight) business hours (minus shipping and packaging costs). CHANGE PRODUCT

Please be advised that we do not currently carry out exchanges, unless the goods are faulty or the wrong items have been delivered. If you need another size or style you will need to place a new order. Within the essential period of 18 (eighteen) hours from the delivery of the Products, the User must complain to the Company, also via Whatsapp assistance or by ordinary e-mail, the problem. Products must be returned undamaged, with all original packaging, labels and certificates of authenticity. Products returned without original packaging and documentation will be refused. Products that are resized, altered in any other way after delivery will not be accepted for exchange.

  • If you have received a damaged or incorrect product
  • If the warranty period has expired


To return, follow the steps below:

1. Print the return form.

2. Fill out the form with your order information, which you can find in the confirmation email or which you can request from the same email address.

3. Enter product information for each of the returned items. and would like to provide additional information, you can use the comment box.

  • If the items to be returned were purchased as part of a multi-purchase or promotional offer, these additional items must also be returned. If the items are not returned, the value of the items will be deducted from your credit.


4. Once you have completed the form, send the product (s) to DM Service - Viale della Repubblica 52 / O, Modugno (BA), 70026 .

  • Pack your product (s) in a sturdy container, for example the Gantis packaging in which you received the product (s), making sure you have included all tags and accessories received upon delivery.
  • Insert the completed return form in the package. We will use them to identify your order.
  • Please note that the shipping cost will be at your expense, unless your product is faulty. Customers are responsible for any lost packages when returning products to Gantis.


5. We will process your request as soon as we receive your package, and you will receive a notification email shortly thereafter.You will receive your refund within 14 days of processing your return

  • The shipping cost will be refunded when a complete order is returned.
  • The shipping cost for express shipping will not be refunded, unless the goods are faulty or the wrong items have been delivered.
